Paul Nathan is a qualified Hypnotherapist who is based in Hertfordshire. When He decided to start
his Hypnotherapy business he felt a need for a website to convey his ideology and draw new customers to
his business, not having a deep understanding of what was required, but the knowledge that
he needed a website he set out by searching for local companies who could provide him with the level of service he required.
After being quoted way over the odds for a website he found us via the Internet and having browsed over local
design companies material, he decided he'd prefer to go with us. Although Paul has been using the Internet for a while,
not coming from an IT background he wanted someone to take care of all his needs in one go, not just make a website
and then point him in a dircetion for hosting etc. Being on a tight budget Paul wanted quality but he didnt want it
to cost the earth so we set-up a 5 page text only site with email contact form for him, we registered and now manage his domain name and we provide his site hosting and email hosting/access.

Mark Vasey owns and runs a succesfull hairdressing salon based in Knebworth, Hertfordshire. Mark has built his business up over the last twenty years from scratch to become a popular business that employs several people and has a dedicated client base.
Consistant consumer demand had led to the neccessity for Mark to expand his business. He promptly oversaw
the purchase of two adjacent properties connected to his existing salon to enable expansion to cover his ever growing
list of clientel, a full rebranding project has seen a high street business, gain an identity which we believe will one day be a regular household name, with many salons around the country, and a significant presence in the global marketplace.
Although originally a unisex hairdressers, with the newly aquired expansion 4hair now also offer holistic's, hynotherapy, nail, barbers and a total beauty package.
Following a total refit of the existing premises we were approached by a company named Atomix(uk), they currently
supply POS Software for 4hair and were keen for us to come onboard with their latest venture, POS tills rely on networked computers to function, with data being located in a central storage location (databaseserver).
Following an introduction we consulted Mark with regards to his current requirements for IT in his business.
Like many businesses, Marks current IT demands had been seen him use the services of an individual, but he
was now in a situation where he needed a higher level of expertise and understanding. He wanted to pass on
management of all his IT needs for the present and future.
Following the inital consultation with Mark, we provided the set-up of networking for his POS tills,server and other workstations, having
already had CAT5 cable installed by his electrician we installed a Switch, configured all clients and server to run on the network and then integrated his modem from his ISP to provide Internet connection sharing acrosss the new network,
offering remote access for support via his POS Suppliers. We also setup shared network printers, a thermal POS printer
and a wireless access point - go surf the Net while they cut your hair!!!!.
Following the completion of the initial required workload, we proceeded to formulate a structured plan of action
for design and deployment, incorporating scalability for future growth of IT in the business during completion of the current expansion and ongoing IT support in all areas for the foreseeable future.
We currently oversee and manage all IT and provide across the board Onsite/Telephone IT support for the whole 4hair infrastructure including Web/Email hosting and ethernet networking services
