We provide the same level of service across the board
Thats why we dont have separate home and business sections like other companies!
We believe that all customers, whether they are a Home user or running a business should receive the same treatment, level of service and pay the same price. There is an all too common trend to charge Businesses more for the same service a home user would receive, a common example of this is in Banking where there may-be no fees attached to a personal account for example, when paying in a cheque, however as many of us know if your a business you'll get charged because these people believe you'll have more money to spend which is not always the case and we think unacceptable. There are many more examples in society of this, especially in the ITC sector, the best example possibly being Broadband whereby you may be charged additional setup fees and a higher monthly rate for the same connection you'd have at home.
We don't discriminate between Home and Business.
Our first and key principal is a fundamental believe that all customers have the right to recieve the same standard of workmanship, dedication , commitment and communication no matter what sector of our consumer base they are from. Whether your running a Business or your a Home user we'll provide the same level of service and we don't charge more for the privilage.
